In RSMOne's words
RSM defines the semantics, identities, relationships, behavior, authority, evidence, state transitions and feedback from which many different maps can be produced. Taxonomy terms describe the Model rather than any particular visual representation.
What it is not
Model ≠ Map
The Model is the underlying semantic and computational model; a Map is one projection or visualization of part of it, and no Map is RSM itself. 01 §1.1 · From Map to Model
